Mandate	Develop and review an investment policy and strategy for Company reserves. Implement the investment policy and the funds to be managed through the application of the investment policy. Periodic review of performance reports generated by the fund manager(s) and regularly reports to the Finance Committee with respect to the performance of all invested funds.
Composition	Five persons with knowledge of investment policy, fund management and fund oversight, including a minimum of one Director as selected by the Chair.
