view details, including the name of the assigned Taj Housing engineer
and target and expected arrival times. In addition, the
customer can access reports on any outstanding events and
completed jobs, highlighting any associated costs, part
codes and customer signatures.
Using the latest mobile data technology, our engineers
receive calls and are able to access details of a customer
site; ensuring work is carried out swiftly and to specification.
