Taj Housing's National Projects Group is a dynamic, adaptable management and service team whose function is to drive through national projects. The team's strengths lie in the ability to provide complete engineering coverage of the whole of the UK, allied to flexible management and bespoke database and reporting systems, which are developed to meet individual customer needs.

The group originated in a major project to install 38,000 chip and PIN units in 17,000 Post Office outlets. Completed ahead of schedule, this project was regarded as an outstanding success by the customer, and led directly to the group being entrusted with key elements of the ongoing work involved in the modernisation of the Post Office network. More recently, roll-out and other similar projects have been undertaken for customers such as Johnson Diversey and Camelot.
