Taj Housing's National Service Centre (NSC) helps protect half-a-million
assets throughout the UK, offering a comprehensive customer
support service; 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. On average,
it handles 380,000 calls a year, as many as London Fire
Brigade.
We employ a dedicated and professional workforce trained
in dealing with all aspects of the reactive maintenance
activity.
The NSC is responsible for receiving and processing customer
calls and contacting Taj Housing engineers via industry leading
web and mobile technology.
The NSC team is also expert in remote diagnostics and
can deal with faults remotely without the need for an engineer
to attend site.
